Bootcamp Information

 

  • No joining fees and no lengthy contracts - nice and simple!

  • Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long.

  • Sessions include an appropriate warm-up and cool down stretch.

  • Participants must be between 18 and 69 years of age (under 18's by prior arrangement).

  • Bootcamps are instructed by a fully qualified Personal Trainer.

  • Outdoor venues do not have any changing/toilet/washing facilities.

  • Clothes and trainers will get muddy during outdoor sessions in wet or winter months.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing, and trainers with grip.

  • Please arrive on time as sessions start promptly, arriving earlier is better.

 

Beginners

All fitness levels and abilities are catered for.  We adjust exercises to suit you and do not expect you to do more than you are capable of.   If you are a complete beginner, are overweight, have a disorder, injury or disability, then don't worry, you are more than welcome to join in.

Advanced or Athlete

If you require extra pushing/motivation, or modified exercises to increase the intensity, please let us know.  If you are training for a particular event, also let us know as we can adjust your exercises to suit your goals.

All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable.  Purchased sessions that are unused can be transferred in some cases at our discretion.

Here's what you get with the weight-loss Bootcamp plan:

  • Unlimited access to all 3 Bootcamp sessions each week within the dates purchased. It is advisable to attend all 3 classes each week for optimal results.

  • End of month FitBox prize randomly given to one person (contains fitness related items to the approximate value of 20).

  • 5 Discount off of your next Bootcamp purchase.

  • In depth body statistics and monitoring (optional but advisable: best way to keep a track of progress. Includes blood pressure and body fat %).

  • Before and after photos (optional).

  • Group nutrition workshop (either on one day or spread over the month).

  • Informative handouts.

  • Weekly and monthly games, fitness challenges and prizes  (weekly challenges are held every Sunday: monthly challenges, games and prizes are held on the last session of the month).

  • Closed Facebook group to connect with each other, share stories & recipes etc.

 

 

Drop-In and Casual Sessions

 

Ideal for people that do not want to join the weight-loss membership and wish to attend Bootcamp on a casual basis.

Single sessions provide access for one exercise class only, it does not include the weight-loss plan or any of the above list from the weight-loss Bootcamp.

The monthly Direct Debit option gives people unlimited access to the exercise classes only, as and when they wish to attend.

Payment Info, Terms & Conditions

 

CASH PAYMENTS

Cash payments are accepted.  Please have the exact amount as we do not carry change.  If required, a receipt can be emailed to you, please ask.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment - you can simply pay using your debit card.  Your payments are secure and they are protected by Paypal - your bank/card details are never revealed.

 

 

 

 

 

MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS

You can commence attending the Bootcamps straight away after completing the Direct Debit set-up.  Direct Debit payments are taken directly from your bank account on a monthly basis in advance.  There is no fixed term, so you can cancel at any time.

  

 

 

 

Direct Debits are collected by GoCardless Ltd who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

 

CANCELLED BOOTCAMP SESSIONS:

We reserve the right to cancel a Bootcamp session for any reason (such as not enough people attending, it's unsafe to proceed, horrendous weather etc).

MEMBERSHIP

Monthly payments are a subscription for monthly membership which grants access to unlimited sessions. Make the most of your membership and attend as many sessions as possible.

 

Preparation

 

When attending sessions, please remember:

  • to bring a bottle of water.

  • to bring a small towel if desired.

  • wear appropriate clothing & footwear.

  • do not wear jewellery or watches as they can get broken or cause you injury.

  • please have mobile phones on silent.

  • bring a jumper or warm top for after.

 

Before Bootcamp

 

Please ensure the following before any session:

  • eat appropriately throughout the day so that you have energy.

  • no caffeinated beverages 2 hours prior.

  • no smoking 2 hours prior.

  • no alcohol 24 hours prior.

  • no exercise 3 hours prior.

  • a full nights sleep.
